tracker list view off by one

The tracker list view tries to display too many trackers, so that the last one is not visible

I have my window set to 24 lines, which means 9 trackers fit in the view, but it tries to display 10, with the last one having its text sort of appended to the last line of the ninth tracker. Even when you move the cursor to it, it still doesn't display it.
