What is the recomended filesystem for libtorrent?

I like to download all my torrents on a dedicated filesystem, and then move them somewhere else when they're done. I'm trying to decide which filesystem is best for torrents. I've noticed speed-ups with different system for different tasks, but I don't think I can make an informed decision in this situation. Can someone give a recommendation?
