Change destination directory and other settings

When a torrent is created with the "enter" key, allow the user to change the destination directory and various settings.

This would be great, I hate having to stop rTorrent just to switch directories because I want to save in a different directory, makes me unable to seed :-(

^{O now allows one to change the directory of torrents that have not been opened yet. Also the directory is saved in the session torrent.}

Would it be possible to improve this code slightly.

Curently if one changes the directory, a brand new file is created, and the old one is left behind.

Is it not possible to move the torrent file to the new location, removing the original?
