Initiate hash check causes ratio drop.

Background

When manually initiating a hash check of a completed torrent using the following command:

^r	Initiate hash check of torrent. Without starting to download/upload.

the ratio of the torrent (displayed as [ R: 0.10] in the main rTorrent view) drops as the hash is checked.

Conclusion

I believe that this is a bug. Simply checking the hash of a completed torrent does not mean that any data is being downloaded and therefore should not affect the ratio.

Version Information

This was observed using rTorrent 0.6.0 and libTorrent 0.10.0.

Verified this happens on rTorrent 0.6.1 and libTorrent 0.10.1 as well.

With *** rTorrent 0.6.3 - libTorrent 0.10.3 *** it seems to be fixed.

The ratio jumps at the start of the check and then falls back to the correct number when the check completes.

You can probably close this bug.
