Show "last activity" on the torrent info screen

When seeding a lot (hundreds) of torrents, it eventually becomes necessary to start removing some for the sake of memory and disk space. It would be great if there could be a Last Activity date in the torrent info screen that shows the last date that any siginifcant transfer activity took place. Perhaps siginificant could be defined by an rc variable, like 1M or 5% (as in five percent of the torrent file size).

In addition, it'd be great to have a view of just torrent name and last activity date, sorted by date so that you can start picking them off one by one.
